I am an HR specialist with over 20 years of experience in top-tier organizations, possessing extensive know-how in creating and implementing people-centered HR strategies. My experience in diverse international environments has made me an expert and advocate for Diversity and Inclusion (DEI). I have designed and implemented DEI strategies in various organizational contexts and have developed a specific methodology to help companies implement successful DEI programs.

Agile Leadership: From Reactive to Creative is an experiential workshop that invites you to explore how you lead under pressure and in times of change. Through the Leadership Circle Profile model and improvisation dynamics, you’ll make your habitual reactive patterns visible and experiment with more agile and creative leadership alternatives.

The session blends reflection, play and body awareness to help you develop greater presence, adaptability and responsiveness in your day-to-day leadership.

In this experimental workshop, you will explore the fundamental psychological and physiological processes involved in the stress response. Through guided reflection practices, identifying your main stressors, your emotional triggers, and your core beliefs, you will get to the root of emotional reactivity and overwhelm. This session will provide you with the tools to develop stress resilience, emotional agility, and body awareness, so you can create psychological safety for yourself and others.
