Program Agenda
Module 1 – Introduction to Coaching (4 hours, in-person)
by Olga Coscodan y Rosita Cordasco.
We’ll explore the foundations of coaching and introduce the core mindset needed to support others' growth. Through dynamic, hands-on exercises, participants will practice active listening, presence, and powerful questions. We’ll also introduce the GROW model as a practical framework to structure coaching conversations that drive clarity, commitment, and action in day-to-day development contexts.
Module 2 – Empowerment Strategies for the Coachee (2 hours, online)
by Rosita Cordasco
This module focuses on helping coachees strengthen their sense of autonomy, ownership, and confidence. We’ll explore how to shift from a control-based to an empowerment-based approach, using tools like the ERR model, Trust Map, and Areas of Awareness, among others. Participants will apply these concepts to real-life challenges, practicing how to activate internal and external resources and hold space that promotes accountability and self-leadership.
Module 3 – Change Management and Resistance (2 hours, online)
by Rosita Cordasco
Participants will gain insights into the neuroscience of resistance and how to
support change processes in coaching. We’ll introduce frameworks such as “Immunity to Change” to discover hidden resistances and uncover the underlying blockers that keep people from moving forward. Using coaching techniques and powerful questions, participants will learn to reframe limiting beliefs and foster a mindset shift toward growth and adaptability.
Module 4 – Feedback and Development Conversations (2 hours, online)
by Olga Coscodan
This session offers practical tools to navigate performance and development conversations through a coaching lens. Participants will learn how to foster a culture of effective feedback, manage complex dialogues, and uphold psychological safety. Through role-plays and structured peer exercises, they will strengthen their ability to lead authentic conversations that balance challenge with support and promote continuous learning and growth.
Module 5 – Simulations and Action Plan (4 hours, in-person)
by Olga Coscodan and Rosita Cordasco
In this closing session, participants will apply all the tools and models explored across the program in live coaching simulations. Working with real challenges, they’ll receive feedback on their approach and build confidence in leading coaching conversations in the workplace. We’ll wrap up by guiding each participant to design a personal action plan to continue developing their coaching skills in their day-to-day HR practice.

The panel discussion
THE FAKE CANDIDATE PROBLEM
How to Spot It, Stop It and Stay Ahead
AI-generated profiles. Voice clones. Automated applicants designed to extract sensitive data or probe your recruitment process for vulnerabilities. What used to sound like a distant risk is now showing up in real hiring pipelines and the cases keep growing.
In markets like the US and UK, 41% of organisations have already hired a fraudulent candidate without realising it. Deepfake fraud attempts in hiring jumped 1,300% in a single year. And most HR teams still don't have a protocol in place to deal with it.
What makes this even more complex is the variety of motivations behind it — from individuals seeking financial gain, to organised groups extracting corporate data, to competitors mapping your internal processes. Understanding the "why" behind fake candidates is as important as knowing how to detect them.
While European teams are just starting to spot early signals, these trends cross the Atlantic fast. The key isn't to react after the fact, but to get ahead of it today. This panel brings together a cybersecurity and legal tech expert with experienced talent professionals to work through six questions every hiring team should already be asking:
🎯 Motivations & Intent
Why do fake candidates do it? Financial fraud, corporate espionage, data extraction, testing recruitment vulnerabilities, the motivations are more varied than most teams realize, and each one requires a different response.
📘Practical Guide
Every attendee will receive a practical guide built from the conclusions of this conversation, how to prevent, detect and manage fake candidate cases. Something you can start using the next day.
🔴 The Red Flags
What are the early warning signs of an AI-generated profile, a voice clone or an automated candidate?
⚡ Business Impact
What does hiring a fake candidate actually cost your organization? Beyond the immediate bad hire: data breaches, legal exposure, reputational damage and financial loss, the consequences go much further than HR.
📋Policies & Governance
Does your organisation have a clear protocol to handle identity fraud and synthetic applicants?
🔍Detection & Prevention
How can HR teams screen for authenticity in practice, without damaging the candidate experience?
⚠️Corporate & Competitor Risk
What happens when fake profiles are used to extract sensitive company data or test your recruitment loopholes?
